Returns All new items sold through Hired Gun Video come with a 7 day satisfaction guarantee to the original purchaser. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it with in 7 days of receipt of the item. To make a return you must first contact Hired Gun Video. The returned item must be in new unused condition and in the original undamaged packaging. If the return is due to a damaged item please see warranty for instruction. If your returned item meets the requirements you will receive a refund for that item minus shipping. To make a return please contact sales@HiredGunVideo.com.
